We are extremely happy to be on this music journey with you. 

 

In our efforts to make your learning environment comfortable, we always make sure that our staffs are well-prepared and that we have enough refreshments for you to stay energised!

However, last minute rescheduling will largely affect our manpower allocation, cause food wastage, and deprive others of the chance to join that same time slot.

As such, we will be imposing new rules for the rescheduling of our workshops, starting 15 April 2019! The full terms and conditions are below.

 

Terms and Condition for Rescheduling
 

1. If you are unable to attend your workshop, you will have to reschedule at least 24 hours before the commencement of the workshop. A reminder email and SMS will be sent to you at least 5 days prior to the workshop.

2. If you need to reschedule your workshop within 24 hours before the commencement of the workshop, a $15 fee will be imposed. Please contact us via email to reschedule.
 

3. If you miss your workshop, the workshop will be considered completed. No replacement will be given.

4. Unlimited rescheduling still applies as long as you reschedule at least 24 hours before the start of the workshop.

5. Your ticket to the workshop will not expire, as long as you reschedule at least 24 hours before the start of the workshop.

6. All workshops are non-refundable.

7. Events such as Music Mania, Music Mastery etc. cannot be rescheduled.
