The first thing most beginners learn when picking up the ukulele is how to read a chord diagram.
A chord is basically a shape you form on the ukulele and you strum it.
It looks something like this:
The dot is what you have to press, and the numbers represent your left hand fingers:
Most people are taught to memorize chord shapes by the dots and numbers.
While this may be easy to some...
It is confusing for many beginners.
When they start to play songs, they struggle to switch between chords smoothly.
Because they are unable to effectively remember the chord shape.

Instead of telling yourself "I have to finger number 2 on string number 4"
You just have to remember the alphabets Am as A middle finger!

Lessons will be held at our Stadium branch (right at Stadium MRT).
